Avang is Estonia’s first dedicated coaching centre, located in the vibrant Telliskivi Creative City with a panoramic view of Tallinn’s Old Town. We provide inspiring spaces for rent, cultivate a community for coaches, and design programs that create lasting positive change in teams and organisations. Our conference room is complemented by abundant natural light and greenery. Equipped with all the necessary amenities, it provides excellent conditions for effective work and collaboration.

Inspiring space
Our training room is best described as spacious and greenery. It features floor-to-ceiling windows facing two directions, offering views over Toompea and Pelgulinna, and a large 3×4 meter green wall made of plants. The room can accommodate up to 30 people, but it is most comfortable for 10-20 people working together. It includes all the necessary equipment for a successful event, such as surround sound speakers, WiFi, a large 85-inch screen, a video conferencing camera, and a whiteboard.

Our kitchen is a warm and welcoming space, designed to make you feel right at home. It’s fully equipped with everything you need for your comfort and convenience.
For those who enjoy a good cup of coffee or tea, we offer premium selections for just 5€+VAT per person. Indulge in the exceptional flavors of Not Your Average coffee—free from molds and toxins, and packed with superfoods for that extra health boost. Or, choose from our range of soothing Yogi Tea teas, each blend crafted to offer a unique and enriching experience.
Explore our four private, soundproof meeting rooms, available for rent by the half- or full day. Each room features unique designs tailored for confidential discussions:
Ratsu Room: Bold and retro, perfect for introspective sessions.
Vanker Room: Light-filled with a daybed, ideal for relaxation or meditation.
Oda Room: Eclectic and energizing, designed to inspire creativity.
Lipp Room: Elegant with a feminine touch, fostering nurturing conversations.

Prices
Training room can be rented by the hour or for the entire day. The minimum rental period is 3 hours.
Hourly rate: €45 + VAT
Daily rate (8 hours): €290 + VAT
Each additional hour added to a full day rental is discounted by 40%.”
€5 +VAT per person for coffee and tea. We only offer the best quality organic coffees and teas in our space.
*Our space operates on a self-service basis. You’re welcome to arrange the room to suit your needs and we kindly ask that you return it to its original setup before you leave. Please place all used dishes in the dishwasher. If you prefer a more convenient option, we offer a cleaning service for an additional €50 plus VAT

Cancellation policy
A) 100% Refund
- Reservations lasting up to 1 day – must be canceled at least 7 calendar days before the event.
- Reservations lasting more than 1 day – must be canceled at least 14 calendar days before the event.
B) 50% Refund
- Reservations lasting up to 1 day – canceled between 7 calendar days and 72 hours before the event.
- Reservations lasting more than 1 day – canceled between 14 calendar days and 7 calendar days before the event.
C) No Refund
- Reservations lasting up to 1 day – canceled less than 72 hours before the event.
- Reservations lasting more than 1 day – canceled less than 7 calendar days before the event.
How to rent
It is also possible to rent the whole center, including all four private meeting rooms and our conference room. Let us know your wishes, and we will do our best to find you a solution.
